High resistance to detergents and corrosion
Our PVD colours have a high resistance to the aggressive action of some detergents and to corrosion in general and are resistant to limestone which can be easily removed.
From the classic glossy surfaces, to the silky brushed ones up to the pearly effect of matte textures, our range of colours is destined to last over time, maintaining the elegance and prestige of color combinations.

Can objects of different materials be covered at the same time?
PVD processes require different materials to be coated separately. It is essential to identify and distinguish the various types of substrate before putting them into production.
Can the thickness of PVD coatings create assembly problems?
The thickness of the decorative coatings is in the order of a few tenths of a micron, from 0.3 to 0.7µm. Therefore, given the traditional tolerances for PVD-coated elements in the taps and fittings sector, there should be no problems with assembly.
Is it possible to coat any kind of material?
With our technology you can coat all materials as long as they are conductive, keeping in mind certain types that need some considerations. Some metals must be prepared before with a galvanic finish before PVD coating.

The PVD technology has absolutely no environmental impact: during the processing phases there are no releases of any kind in the atmosphere.
PVD coatings are non-toxic and hypoallergenic and have no migration of irritating substances to human health.

Our artisanal management allows us to also work on small quantity orders, limiting the cost gap compared to an industrial type of processing.
